*** Phlebotomy Admissions ***

ð    There are three (3) requirements for admission to the Phlebotomy program

1.     Complete a DMACC application and state PHLEBOTOMY as your major

2.   Submit evidence of high school graduation or GED to the Admissions Office

3.   Attend a REQUIRED Phlebotomy Information Session – you do NOT need to register, just show up.

ð    Next Phlebotomy Information Sessions:

·        No more scheduled this school year.  Information Sessions will begin again in September, 2010.  The Phlebotomy program beginning in August is FULL.
