Admissions ***
ð There are three (3) requirements for
admission to the Phlebotomy program
1.
Complete a DMACC application and state PHLEBOTOMY as your major
2.
Submit evidence of high school graduation or GED to the
Admissions Office
3.
Attend a REQUIRED Phlebotomy Information Session – you do NOT
need to register, just show up.
